On August 27, 2019, the evaluation expert group organized by the jiangsu province association of work safety reviewed the construction of the second-level standardization of the company's work safety. Company general manager Chen shaohua, production deputy general manager zhou kunyen, head of the department of environmental protection shen ning and each branch plant, the relevant departments a total of more than 20 people together to accept the review. The review involved 10 departments, 3 workshops, 3 warehouses and 10 station rooms.
Expert panels according to the jiangsu province metallurgical industry and trade enterprise safety production standardization secondary review work such as implementing measures (provisional) for examination and assessment of the project requirements, divided into three groups, carefully check the safe production management of basic data, the related systems, regulations, documents, in-depth field inspection of the scene production site safety and the implementation of standardized management, for safety, production facilities, safety equipment and facilities such as a detailed check one by one. After a day and a half of intense and orderly review, the expert group agreed that the company's safety foundation management is solid, safety production input is in place, safety production standardization system is perfect, effective operation, and continuous improvement.
Since January 2018 when the company officially started the work of achieving the second-level standards of safety production standardization, the leadership of the company has attached great importance to it and hired a third-party agency for on-site guidance. At the same time, the safety and environmental protection department actively deployed, adopted the time-node inversion method, formulated the work plan of safety production standardization, continuously followed up the completion of the plan, implemented the rectification, and ensured the company's safety production standardization level 2 standards.
At present, our company security department has arranged and deployed the feedback and proposed rectification work of the expert group.
